Hanging version is an indispensable part of the process of printing and changing orders. Some people think that hanging a version is a simple matter, but they don't know that it is such a "small thing". If you pay attention to details, it will have a great impact on printing efficiency and quality. Today, some large carton factories have begun to use intelligent automatic hanging equipment to improve printing efficiency and quality.
1, the traditional hanging version of the problem
Take the 1200 type printing machine as an example. It takes about 1 minute and 20 seconds to hang a printing plate in the traditional hanging mode. It is 4 times of the automatic hanging time. If you hang 15 plates every day, it takes 18 minutes. In addition, the plate-making staff needs to maintain and repair the printed strips every day, and the strips often fall off, etc., which have an impact on efficiency. Specifically, the main reasons for the slow speed are the following:
●The printing plate is not made in standard, and the strip is peeled off;
● The printing machine lock plate slot is worn or damaged;
●The printing plate lock is not tight and the maintenance is not in place;
● There is no dedicated hanging tool.
With the traditional hanging version, it is not uncommon to hang it. If the printing plate is not tight, it will cause problems such as printing deinking, printing paste, printing ghosting, and printing whitening. The printing plate will cause obvious printing skew, inaccurate color registration, printing position and so on. The wrong version of the printing plate will be reduced due to the wrong way of hanging the printing plate. Due to the looseness of the locking device during use, it will affect the printing quality.
